Wholesale Terms & Policies

BENEFITS OF DIXIE GRACE
Our inventory generally stays in stock and ships within 3-5 business days. During Q3 and Q4, orders may take 7-10 days to ship due to the holiday season. Please order accordingly. We will do our best to accommodate our Retail Partners during this time due to sellouts, special events, etc. Please email us if you need our help at wholesale@dixiegracecandleco.com.
Our Seasonal Lines **especially Fall and Christmas** are available for Pre-Order one week before they launch. We strongly recommend pre-ordering these products when the seasons kickoff. All Pre-Orders receive Priority. If you have spent $250+ with Dixie Grace within the previous six months prior to the Fall or Christmas Lines launch date, you will receive a sample pack of the scents for that season prior to Pre-Orders opening so you are ready to roll. We know how everyone likes their Pumpkin? We make sure we prepare you (and us) for the craziness.
DEFECTS/DAMAGES
Please inspect all orders upon arrival and notify us via email within 3 business days of any defective or damaged product at wholesale@dixiegracecandleco.com. Once we determine the issue, we will let you know what to do with the defective/damaged product.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
At this time, we are not able to accept Returns or Exchanges. If you have damaged or defective product, please see above policy.
PRICING
In an effort to protect the Dixie Grace Brand and our Retail Partners, Dixie Grace has implemented MAP (Minimum Advertised Pricing). You are not allowed to sell Dixie Grace product for less than this price until you have the product for at least 60 days (excluding Sales, Promotions, Discounts lasting less than 72 hours) or the product has gone out of season for our seasonal lines. We have several Retail Partners who sell Dixie Grace product for 2.5x to 3x the wholesale price successfully. Only you know your direct customers and market. MAP is on each product in the wholesale site as the "Compare At" price.
LISTING DIXIE GRACE PRODUCTS ONLINE
Dixie Grace Brand products are not to be sold on large third party platforms including, but not limited to, Amazon, Wal-Mart, eBay, Etsy. You may list Dixie Grace products on your store’s website platform. You may also use our images from the wholesale site to list Dixie Grace products. We would prefer if you used our scent descriptions in your listings to stay true to the product.
SHIPPING POLICY
Wholesale Orders over $750 will receive Free Shipping via FedEx Ground. For Orders under $750, please select a Shipping Option at checkout. If you need an immediate order, please leave it in your Order notes or email us directly at wholesale@dixiegracecandleco.com to look at the fastest shipping options available.
ZIP/AREA PROTECTION
Dixie Grace will zip code protect all Retail Partners that spend $350 in a quarter with Dixie Grace. We will area protect smaller towns that have 2 zip codes split within a few blocks. Please let us know when we setup your Wholesale Account what area you are wanting us to protect and we can go from there. We will notify you that another store is wanting your area should we receive an inquiry for it and you are not at the minimum spend threshold for the prior quarter. At that time, you can either make the purchase to get you to the minimum spend, or we will release your area.
OPENING ORDER
We do require a $100 Opening Order when you place your initial order with Dixie Grace. Because scent preference varies from person to person, we recommend getting a larger initial selection in the $200-$400 range or by ordering some of our sample packs to get you started.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Dixie Grace accepts all major credit cards, Amazon Pay, PayPal, and an installment payment plan through Sezzle. In order to use Sezzle, we require a minimum Order of $100.
